The villa can accommodate up to four people comfortably, but also Bedroom 1 has a large daybed suitable for a child or adult.
  • Our 'Base Rate' is inclusive of two guests in one bedroom.
  • Each guest over this, please add $30 per night.
  • Minimum stay is 2 nights.

  • Daily cleaning is complimentary.
  • Breakfast is available and our wonderful team will prepare this for you at a time of your choice. (price on application)
  • Free fastest fibre optic wifi
  • Your own private infinity pool
  • ​Pool Towels provided
  • Unrestricted use of all facilities at the villa.
  • Local mobile phone so you can contact our onsite manager or driver at anytime.
  • All utilities (electricity, gas, etc..)
  • ​Nightime Security should you wish this
  • Bed linen, towels, soap and pool towels are also provided.
The entire villa for your own PRIVATE use.

These rates are subject to 10% Government Tax and 5% Service Fee.​
Terms & Conditions
  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
  • The final balance is due on or before one month prior to arrival. Should your arrival be less than 30 days away, payment is required in full.
  • Payment via Paypal or direct Bank Transfer. Sorry, no credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy:
  • Your 20% Deposit is Non Refundable.  Thereafter, once your booking is paid in full : 
  • ​0% Refund   - if Cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival
    25% Refund - if Cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival
    50% Refund - if Cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival
  • If we are able to rent your cancelled dates, we are happy to refund your deposit less a $100 account fee.
  • Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD).

When you book, we will send you a booking confirmation with our Paypal Account and Banking details for direct transfers to pay the deposit, Thank you.
